Eligibility

Applicants must choose one of the officially recognised routes:

  • Contribution to the Grenada National Transformation Fund from USD 235,000
  • Investment of USD 270,000 or USD 350,000 in government-approved real estate

Application Process

  • Initial eligibility assessment, document preparation and submission
  • Document review, background checks, due diligence and, where required, interviews by the Grenadian authorities
  • After approval, completion of the chosen investment and related payments
  • Once the authorities confirm the funds or investment are complete, the applicant obtains Grenadian citizenship and may proceed to apply for the relevant citizenship documents
